Terms of Use PoliciesMessaging Opt-In: You agree to Opt-In to Messaging Under License Agreement or with permission you may grant when interacting with voicemail or a conversing with an AI Assistant.Messaging Opt-Out: You may Opt-Out by replying to a Message with "STOP," for example.Ground Control IP LLC's subscription plans of Design(s) which include Embedded Licensed Telephone Number(s) and Features, including unlimited plans, are offered only by License and with the following restrictions: 1) May only be used for normal personal/business use; 2) Are provided only for dialog between two individuals at one time; 3) Are issued on a "one (1) user per line basis", meaning that only one Licensee may be assigned to use the licensed telephone number(s) for any one line.All plans and other embedded licensed telephone number(s) features, including unlimited plans, also may not be used for any of the following prohibited uses (which are in addition to the other prohibited uses applicable to all licensed telephone number(s) Services): 1) SIP trunking or forwarding Your Ground Control IP LLC number to (an)other phone number(s) capable of handling multiple simultaneous calls, or to a PBX or a key system; 2) Spamming or blasting (e.g., sending one hundred (100) or more bulk and/or junk voicemail, SMS or faxes simultaneously); 3) Bulk call-in lines (e.g., Licensee support or sales call centers, "hotlines", 900 numbers, sports-line numbers, radio station call-in numbers, etc.) and; 4) Auto-dialing or "predictive" dialing (i.e., non-manual dialing or using a software program or other means to continuously dial or place out-bound calls).Some of Ground Control IP LLC’s plans and other Licensed Telephone Numbers offer "unlimited use", such as “unlimited minutes” or “unlimited SMS”. The term "unlimited use" doesn’t mean that there are no minute caps or overages for domestic calling on a single line (e.g. a single conversation at a time).Our Licensed Telephone Number features are limited to forward calls to a single individual user, and are not designed for situations involving multiple simultaneous calls, such as forwarding to a call center, private branch exchange (PBX), hunt group, or key system. "Unlimited use" means one line, not unlimited minutes on unlimited lines. When an unlimited line is in use, a second call may come in and notify the called-party of the new call ("call waiting"), but subsequent simultaneous calls may be lost or disconnected. Unlimited minutes are issued on a “single concurrent call basis”, meaning that in case of concurrent (simultaneous) calls only the first call will be unlimited and other concurrent calls will be assessed minutes. Unlimited usage is monitored and reviewed at 2500 minutes for potential abuse or violation of these terms.In addition, unusually high usage of the Licensed Telephone Number may impair the features of other Licensees and/or indicate unauthorized use of the Licensed Telephone Number Features, in which case Ground Control IP LLC may suspend or terminate your License based upon the Clauses specified in your specific License Agreement.
